Marketing pixel not firing
Verify Meta, TikTok, or Google tracking is working.
Confirm the Pixel ID is correct in Marketing → Integrations with no extra spaces.
Disable ad blockers when testing. Use the platform's Test Events tool (Meta, TikTok) to verify.
Events fire on the live storefront — preview mode in the builder may not trigger pixels.
Allow 24 hours for ad platforms to show data after first install.
