Set up WhatsApp COD verification
Step-by-step guide to confirm orders before you ship.
Go to Settings → Checkout → COD verification. Enable WhatsApp and/or SMS confirmation.
When a buyer places a COD order, they receive a message with a link to confirm or cancel.
Only confirmed orders should be packed and handed to your courier. This cuts fake and refused deliveries sharply.
